The goal of this objective is to build, lead and inspire our cross-functional team of designers

• Run 60 interviews from the pool and shortlist to max. 5 candidates
• Hire 3 new UX designers for our office in the US
• Travel to the US and provide at least 5 onboarding workshops

• Research 5 different prioritization frameworks to the management board to get approval
• Choose a final prioritization framework to adapt it to our context and create an internal memo
• Run 3 workshops with dev, marketing, and sales to make sure everyone follows the prioritization approach

Kick-off and finalize transition from Sketch to Figma

The goal of this objective is to increase our productivity and upgrade our design stack

• Approve Figma budget, register a team account and provide access to all members
• Develop and run a 4 week Figma POC phase and finish it with a readiness test
• Cancel all sketch subscriptions by the end of June and transition everything to Figma
